These terms govern your use of Blind First Date. By creating an account, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your date of birth.
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Before you can accept a match, we require identity verification through Stripe Identity to confirm you’re a real person.

You can block and report anyone whose behaviour concerns you, directly from their profile. Reports are reviewed, and we may suspend or permanently ban an account at our discretion, including without prior notice, for violations of these terms.
Confirming a specific date costs $20, paid in-app and processed by Stripe at the moment you confirm — there is nothing to buy or store in advance. Payments are non-refundable except where we determine, at our discretion, that a refund is appropriate (for example, a cancelled date or a confirmed no-show). Prices may change at any time; changes only affect dates confirmed after the change.
We use your questionnaire answers to find compatible matches, but we can’t guarantee you’ll be matched, that a match will lead to a date, or how any date or relationship will go. Meeting anyone new, including someone you meet through this app, carries inherent risk — use judgment and reasonable precautions, such as telling a friend where you’re going.
You retain ownership of the answers and information you submit. By submitting content marked as shareable, you allow us to display it to a match as part of the core functionality of the app.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including anything that happens during or after a date arranged through it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
